West Newbury Democratic Caucus • June 21, 2023

• Chair David Belsky called the caucus to order at 7:04 pm in the Annex at 381 Main Street in West Newbury with 10 members and three guests in attendance.
• David read the requisite letter from the Mass Dems and explained that West Newbury is entitled to four delegates and four alternates plus the chair for the 2023 caucus. The fee is $75 and $50 for students and seniors over 65 years of age. 
• The caucus will be held at the Tsongas Center in Lowell on Saturday, September 23.
• There was no competition for attendees spots. 
• Volunteers were Barry Fogel, Jessica Schlather, Jamie Cabot and Kirstin Flaherty for delegates and Becc O’Brien for alternate. All were confirmed by unanimous voice vote.
• The caucus closed at 7:32 pm.
