The Kathy Pasquina Civic Engagement Scholarship |
The Scholarship
The West Newbury Democratic Town Committee is proud to offer the Kathy Pasquina Civic Engagement Scholarship to a Pentucket Regional High School, Whittier Vocational Technical High School, or Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical High School graduating senior. This $1,000 scholarship honors long-time member and committee chair Kathy Pasquina whose commitment and dedication set an exemplary standard of civic involvement and citizenship. Kathy's leadership at both local and state levels of the Democratic Party has been an inspiration to our committee. Through this scholarship, we seek to similarly inspire and support emerging young civic leaders in West Newbury.
ELIGIBILTY: High school seniors from Pentucket Regional High School, Whittier Vocational Technical High School, or Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical High School who reside in West Newbury and are planning to attend a 2 or 4-year accredited college are invited to apply.
